• Pricing and Payment: Fees for the Service are listed on our website or provided through custom agreements. Payment is required in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect previously purchased services.

• Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds will only be provided at the sole discretion of SnapHire and in accordance with applicable law.

4. License and Intellectual Property

• License: SnapHire grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your company’s internal hiring purposes.

• Restrictions: You may not modify, distribute, sublicense, or sell the Service. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Service.

• Intellectual Property: All content, software, and features available on the SnapHire platform are the property of SnapHire or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Service or its content by using the Service.

• Infringes the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, and proprietary rights.

• SnapHire’s total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the six months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
